Wow they actually normally rejected you instead of just ghosting you or not replying for months?
My american mind can’t comprehend
Just wondering, which industry were you applying for?
Congratulations btw!
I always wonder with these kinds of posts.
Are you just spamming a CV clicking the easy apply button on linkedin? I’ve never had anywhere near this many rejections. Haven’t applied for as many but I guess over a 12 month period it’s not a crazy amount of applications. I usually only apply for ones I have a reasonable interest in and chance of getting and tailor my CV to highlight skills they’re looking for.
*Four rounds of interviews*
I can’t imagine quitting my job for a whole year just to look for another one. I’m also American and our government sucks. I’ve worked a job that I’ve “had to” for about 10 years now. My dreams of what I wanted to do went away a very long time ago. Welding pays well, and I’ve supported my family, but it was never what I dreamed of doing with my life as a kid and even now.
I hope you got an off for the job of your dreams and congratulations!
How is interviewing 1 when there is 4 lines going to it?
Four rounds of interviews sounds pretty grueling. I’ve never experienced that one. Only ever done two.
That’s wild. What field are you in, if I may ask?
That’s insane.
I’m a qualified mechanic from Germany and if I quit tomorrow, I will have a new job next week.
What country did you apply in? and what field?
Expat, UK? Are you an immigrant in UK or an immigrant from UK?
