9. This is normal and its not bad in human history to migrate to other places in the world, the question here is how far has french prefecture been fairly to migrates who has merit this process? For example, I've lived up to 7 years here in France I do pay bills that I can because no paper no work, am married to a french woman with my son who's getting to 2 years, and prefecture is yet to issue response or reason why not notify me why they don't want to answer me or anything else, I've sent 2 times documents to the office of prefecture, so please can the honourable minister look into such cases.
