  1. I saw that the [Polish Wikipedia article on Podhale](https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podhale#Po%C5%82o%C5%BCenie) lists the following [“gminy”](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gmina) as part of the region. Are these considered the borders of Podhale?
