  13. The most lucrative part of being a federal employee is the retirement. An 8 month buy out won’t make up for a lifetime worth of monthly paychecks.

Not just a scam, a way to get moderates and experienced people out of government roles so that bootlickers and unqualified can get roles in decision making positions and the whole system collapses so they can blame it on DEI hires or wokeism or just about anything else that shifts responsibility.
