  1. Why is this story getting so much attention it’s just a load of hot air

  2. The judge ruled it a case of assault with a silent but deadly weapon.

  3. >The case is believed to be the first instance of legal action against ‘cyber-farting’ in the UK.

  4. …at her boyfriends ex, and then sending her a cleaning bill to the ex, because she followed through when farting aggressively.

    Both women are now single.

  5. Sounds like a super power to be able to fart on command and it is so bad that it ends up in court.

    GAS GIRL

  6. It is believed the perpetrator has had all their tins of beans confiscated.

  7. …. Cyber farting?…. Criminal?

We are definitely living in a simulation

  8. Wonder if she tried the whoever smelt it, dealt it defence. Only to be hit with a supplied it, denied it retort from the prosecution ala Phoenix Wright

  9. The ripples of this will be heard throughout the justice system.

  10. Didn’t this happen somewhere else as well. Someone got arrested and farted on the officer and they added assault charges. I think I’m remembering correctly

  11. I’m learning so much about the British sense of humor.

  12. I can’t believe the CPS even approved this to be a chargeable offence

  13. She had over a hundred tins of beans confiscated

  14. The ex reported the woman for grievous nosily harm but it was downgraded to assault and flappery.

  15. This woman sounds like a fruitcake, but why didn’t the ex girlfriend not just block her after the first video?!? lol. She let her send several more and watched them, after saying they were distressing.

  16. “Her tooting continued on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, despite police getting wind of what had happened.”

No way the phrasing isn’t on purpose here. And yes, I know it’s the metro

  17. “despite police getting wind of what had happened” 🤣

  18. “In a victim statement read to the court, Ms Prytherch said she ‘would like to feel safe in my home’.”

What did she think she was going to do? Blow it up?

  19. >In a victim statement read to the court, Ms Prytherch said she ‘would like to feel safe in my home’.

    lol, I can’t
