That’s not the same place. The left side of the top picture has an arch and the bottom is squared.
I’m saying, fuck Russia for bombing civilians in Ukraine but this looks like two similar but not the same buildings.

There are reports in Norwegian media that Norwegian “diplomats” were at the hotel. Were there any other nationalities there and could they have been a target?
