Crude oil futures climbed Rs 58 to Rs 6,337 per barrel on Saturday, driven by increased demand in the spot market.
New Delhi, Feb 1 (PTI) Crude oil prices on Saturday climbed Rs 58 to Rs 6,337 per barrel in futures trade as participants increased their positions following a firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for February delivery traded higher by Rs 58 or 0.92 per cent at Rs 6,337 per barrel in 6,616 lots.
Analysts said raising of bets by participants kept crude oil prices higher in futures trade.
