  3. My local British Heart Foundation shop was selling a secondhand IKEA table for £5 more than new in Ikea, I pointed it out to a member of staff who just shrugged and I said she didn’t do the pricing.

  5. As always with these posts they just look online and see what people are selling them for.

    Sometimes they’re worth more than you’d image.

    Sometimes it’s chancers and the charity shop should have looked at sold prices rather than listed ones.

    In this case this looks like an absolute bargain. You could buy and resell for a hefty % profit:
