  12. Seems as if a smart person would not let the student even touch the grenade before explaining the entire sequence and then acting out a grenade’s use in its entirety.

  19. “Mercenary” is a funny term. Usually, when you hire someone to do a job, you want some indication that they know WTF they’re doing.

    Then again, if you don’t care whether they can do the job, and you’re not going to pay them anyway… okay, nevermind, it makes sense now

  20. So we have a lefty trying to operate a right-handed grenade. What could go wrong, one has to ask. Similar to a lefty utilizing a righthanded automatic gun, not a good pairing.

  21. Serious question: if you only pull the pin but keep the lever held down, the grenade doesn’t actually do anything, right? If you keep the lever down and re-insert the pin, it won’t go off? Or am I mistaken?

  30. He’s most likely chinese speaking, so could be from regions where they speak both Russian and Chinese. At 0:34 from what I heard he goes “Yeah yeah yeah” in both Russian and last one Chinese. “Da Da Da dui(对）”. If dui is something in Russia then I am wrong.

    Hold the grenade so the spoon (lever) is under your fingers

    Pull pin

    Throw

  33. From my pov. It seems that person who holds frag, may understand the concept, it just what makes it harder due to language barrier.

    That is like giving deaf person who have somewhat understanding how a grenade works but yelling at you and making feel uncertainty…
