  1. “I’m German (my great-great-grandfather is from Germany), the ottoban is in our culture”

  2. come on, being able to go as fast as you want is cool for most people.

there’s so much roadwork and speed restrictions on most of the Autobahns that it’s pretty hard to go fast anymore

  3. Autoban without an h, thats egzactly what should be done for yank posting.

  4. This is a lie most Americans don’t know if Germany even has highways we still think you ride on horses to work

  5. British people: “The living room is fitted with beautiful French windows”

French people: “Yeah, we just call them windows”

  6. Or “a highway in Europe? It’s more of a freeway”

  7. Weird thing to get triggered imo. I can’t imagine being offended over that

  8. 🇺🇸Place: America ☹️

    🇺🇸Place: Japan 😁😁 WOOO JAP NUMBER 1 🎉🎉

  9. They love an exonym until it is the one on their backyard

  10. No, Joe, what you call Highway is a minority of time a two way road and that’s never called an autobahn and not to speak of the quality of the road and safety features.

  11. Avoid speeding tickets by claiming german heritage

  12. Honestly, we should treat it like a national monument. I love our Autobahn and I’m always a little happy when foreigners mention it.

  13. Not a Highway. It’s called Autobahn for a reason. Driving high still is illegal even tho we legalised here and nobody gives way so not a highway.

  14. Putting the nonsense of the savages here, should be considered sacrilegious. As it is infinite.

  15. “OMG you can go as fast as you want there!! So awesome!!”

Nah, I’d rather go cruising on some Landstraßen in my 35 year old shit box. Nice view, chill driving and good music that’s the vibe!

  16. We think they’re cool because of the lack of speed limits. Not because they’re German.
