  1. Crowley really changed the game when he came on.

  2. Really was a game of two halves

Suprising bonus point win, but a great start.

Sheehan and Crowley really had huge impact

  3. Great 2nd half. We were poor 1st half but rebounded.

Always good to beat England too

  4. Great game delighted with the win!

Seeing comments already about who the better 10 was, all so stupid let’s be happy we had two great 10s out there today who played well and we won and they’re only going to both get better and better it’s going to get to, if it hasn’t already, where it doesn’t matter who starts and who is on the bench.
The competition between the two will drive them on to always want to outdo the other

  5. Great victory, didn’t look great in the first half.

  6. Was not expecting a bonus point win but great to see us put together some attack in the second half, the bench made some difference. Thought Crowley played very well.

  7. Two sloppy scores at the end take the shine off of the win, and would the stadium announcer ever shut the fugg up, he’s on that tannoy every 20 seconds. It’s insufferable.
Does he need to talk so much

  8. As the game progressed Sam P. started to settle in, had a nice start to the second half. I don’t think he’s quite up to speed just yet, seemed to be caught flat flooded a few times, a great talent for the future.

England are going to be a force to be reckoned with sooner rather than later, they’re line speed is phenomenal, organised chaos at it’s finest. Their biggest problem is discipline and their attacking structure, if they can keep the penalty count down, and Marcus Smith more options outside of crash-ball/crossfield kick/back yourself they’ll be one of the best teams in the world again. Every game they’ve lost has been by one score, I reckon they’ll be dark horses for the world cup.

  9. Massive impact from Sheehan off the bench. And I think the Crowley vs Prendergast debate is settled for now, Prendergast wasn’t terrible but Crowley is just a more confident, well rounded 10.

  10. As some one who has only really begun learning rugby as a watching sport. How does the bonus point work? I’ve heard plenty of talk of it but no explanation

  11. Lineout was so much better than the norm. General handling was superb

James Lowe, JGP and Ringrose had excellent performances.

I think Lowe hadn’t exploited his talents the last few games but he did brilliant today and deserved a try. Pity he didn’t get one

Shook off 2 tacklers who really should have taken him out, and was instrumental in 3 of the tries. Should not have resorted to the silly handbags twice, as he was in danger of being carded there. He would have been my MotM.

Still salty that England managed to steal 2 soft tries in the end. Was hoping we’d deny our enemy the bonus point.

  12. Great win. The game had it all. I love Irish Rugby

  13. Gibson was unreal, that heel tap was spectacular.  For a while there they looked like the Harlem globe trotters

  14. James Lowe is a fucking gem. Funny, as a Munster fan I used to absolutely hate him back when he first started playing for Leinster. Thought he was so cocky and arrogant. Then saw a few interviews with him and saw how genuine and passionate he is. Massive massive fan of his now. He’s so important to the Ireland team now.
