  1. A weapon of my time. Had a bit of a kick to it, but tough and durable, and heavy compared to today’s weapons.

  2. Looks like an Argentine rifle. I’ve seen a couple of interviews with British volunteers in which they’ve remarked upon the humour of using Argie weapons which might well have seen action in the Falklands.

  3. If he’s behind a tree, no problem. Chop it down with this.

  4. Ah yes the right arm of the free world thats insane i didnt know you could put a thermal scope on an FN FAL these people are playing arma reforger in real life

  5. I hated hauling and cleaning it but is shot very wel. 300 meters group of 20 cm even with a night scope.

  6. 7.62 & packs a punch. Some might argue 9lb 9oz is heavy & it’s too long for an assault rifle.
It might be a little cumbersome but it’s pretty much stopping anyone it hits with one round and it’s easy & simple to maintain.
Not everyone’s cup of tea but I love them & with that scope I might even hit my target.😍🤣

  7. I used one of these in the 70’s we knew them as the R1. Good as the cartridge is longer than the AK one with same size projectile 7,62 so travelled faster and was to powerful it could go through a 6in living tree and I know as I saw someone shoot a guy hidding behind a tree that thick.

  8. That man needs some DPM and 58 pattern sent over to look proper ally.

  9. Good old weapon, learned how to shoot with that sucker.

Love the dial in back pressure adjustment, specially with anti-armor rounds.

  10. FUCK YEAH.. Nice to see a FAL again, in Ukraine.
Damn I love that weapon 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Sure it’s heavy, (4.96kg with a 20 round mag) and a long weapon, but boy does it hit HARD.
Amazing service record and used by 90+ countries around the world with over 1 million produced (including us: 🇦🇺 in Vietnam. Modified version: L1A1)
I’d hate to be on the receiving end of that☠️ beast.

  11. I love how most posts here are about how awesome the FN FAL is

  12. When you absolutely positively have to blow holes in the enemy.

  13. Christ. I trained with that in militairy service in 1989. 35 odd years old tech.

  14. One of the best, if not the best mass produced battle rifles ever.
