The National Meteorological Administration has also issued a yellow code warning for fog, advising the public of its potential impact on traffic well between the morning hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. This forecast aligns with reported traffic disruptions where authorities have indicated visibility issues, predominantly affecting routes leading to and from the capital.
With these alerts circulating, transportation officials stress the importance of adjusting driving habits to suit the weather conditions.
