10. Bushra is offensive for so many reasons beyond antisemitism. She’s a little pound shop Katie Hopkins who’s only sensitivity is Islamophobia.

11. Rachel Riley claimed that all Arabs are knife wielding murderers, when the Australian mall attack happened. I complained to Channel 4 and they replied that she’s not their direct employee and so they have no responsibility for what she says or does.

    So… is Channel 4 antisemitic or Islamophobic?

14. It’s very clear from the adverts that this show is what I would call ‘messaging’, or ‘propaganda’

    I hate so say it but I do think there’s something culturally defective amongst these people. Literally crowing over the supposed “victory” of a brief if disgusting terrorist attack, followed by months of whining as they get their shit absolutely pushed in as backlash.

    I just can’t reconcile it. It’s all so obvious I just can’t understand why they’d even be surprised let alone outraged.

17. Your religious/non religious identity has no bearing on where you live or your origins. Also, Palestinians are a Semitic people, so being anti-Palestinian is being anti-Semitic, no other definition has any relevance!

18. There’s a channel 4 show 24 hours in custody. One episode the illegal immigrants breakout the detention centre. They all look like 25yo males and are literally criminals. Hate to use this phrase but, “wake up”.

19. I’m anti-Israel the state in terms of their war crimes, but calling Jewish refugees colonisers is unfair and inaccurate. It seems most people are aware that even the post-war exodus of Jews weren’t just moving to Israel for the better weather or because they felt icky. Many Polish Jewish people in particular literally had no homes left to go back to, as they were filled by Germans or Poles. A not insignificant number of Jewish people survived the Holocaust only to be lynched when moving back home, thinking it was safe.
    So they moved somewhere with guaranteed safety. Israel was the sight of prominent trials of Nazis.
    Do I think Western Europe should have handled the handover better? Yeah duh. But it isn’t the fault of Holocaust survivors and their descendants now.
    They were refugees, and were joined by a whole host of Middle Eastern Jewish refugees who were forcefully removed.
    Blame states, not mates.
