Whilst cooking my roast today, I “tested” the majority of the chicken skin off the bird 😂
I like to buy all the ingredients for a lovely roast dinner, get home, tidy and prep the kitchen, get everything ready to start cooking…. And then order a takeaway
Not to talk of the caramelized sticky bits from the bottom of the pan!
This made me smile in a day I needed it thank you
And the cook is always allowed a drink or 5. Coming out to set down Christmas dinner half cut having scoffed all the nice crispy pigs in blankets is tradition.
