  1. She could be the best pilot in the goddamn world and shitheads would still just see an incompetent girl.

  2. Anyone whose seen his cabinet picks know he doesn’t give a shit about putting unqualified people in jobs as long as they’re part of his cult.

  3. the helicopter only had 3 personal onboard, when there should have been four. the 2 crew chiefs in the back are spotter’s for the pilot and copilot when they are flying line of site missions.
    pilot has line of site for 12-3 o’clock, copilot 9-12 o’clock, crew chief 1 6-9 o’clock and crew chief 2 3-6 o’clock

  4. Their gender should not matter. Either way, pilot error, but gender’s got nothing to do with it, full stop.

  5. What a terrible precedent trump has set. Where exactly did this sentiment that only white males are infallible or impervious to errors when he himself has slowly destroyed this country already.

  6. It sounds like a complicated situation, and blaming DEI for the crash ignores the complexity of individual performance and military training.

  7. Well, it’s original. Can’t think of a single other crash blamed on the gender of the pilot.

  8. Anything not to blame trump and his incompetent government.

    Deflect. Deport. Deny.

    We need more Liugis.

  9. It’s really easy to make 🍊 look like the village idiot

  10. We should let Pete Hegseth personally fly VIP transports from now on. I’m sure he’ll be amazing since the only qualification you need for anything is being a straight white guy.

  11. There you go. Now it’s become clear what they really mean when they decry DEI.

  12. And there we have it. Back before we found out that the ATC warned the pilot 2 minutes before the crash, the anti-DEI crowd was all “THE FAA’s DEI practices were to blame!?” Now that it was revealed that the pilot was a woman, they switched targets fast.

Honestly, I’m so sick of the rights fake outrage. Gay marriage, women and gays in the military, Antifa, BLM, CRT, pronouns, DEI, etc. All these things the conservatives told us would destroy America and they were wrong. The only thing ripping America a part are these righties insisting that we fight over them.

  13. Guess Trump fans would rather blame DEI than admit it was a simple accident. Classic diversion tactics.

  14. The NTSB will probably come up with an analysis that surprises all the pundits, if they survive long enough to come to conclusions

  15. He’s been blaming the Black Hawk Pilot for the crash because his aides are afraid to tell him that it’s not called a “Hawk Helicopter”

  16. I can’t imagine how the family must be feeling to have lost their daughter and now have to listen to her get dragged through the mud.

  17. Doesn’t matter to him or his supporters. If they weren’t straight, white and male they’re dei

  18. This was a training flight though wasn’t it? So she wouldn’t have been the pilot in command, that would have been the instructor pilot.

So she is taking blame but wasn’t the one that had the responsibility.

  19. Humans make mistakes. Look at the one we have to live with for the next four years!

  20. Trump & his administration do not care about facts and truth. They care about manipulating everything to generate anger against women and minorities.

  21. And the military still loves Trump. I can’t wait to watch him throw more service members under the bus.

  22. So, two out of the three pilots were males. Maybe that is the cause of the crash? /s  If they drag gender every issue, it is start to pointing out every mistake and problem created by men.
I will start,  If Russia had a women as a president, the war would have not happened.

  23. The fact that the president blamed anyone, and didn’t take responsibility…not my president, more like not an actual president, period.

  24. Supporting trump is idiocracy at it’s finest. It’s laughable that people think they have 1 up logic in defending their vote. Clowns all over.

  25. It is very difficult to become a helicopter pilot. Anyone in that seat is there because they are the best of the best.

  26. I’m a woman who works in trades and I won’t be surprised if my union cleanses the local of women at this point. At least I got to experience it. People would
Have to rape me in order to make me carry a pregnancy to term while this school of thought is so popular. I’m not raising a woman in a country with similar views on women to United Arab Emirates.

  27. If Trump is going to blame women for everything wrong with the world he should start with his own mother for giving birth to the spawn of Satan…

  28. Repulicans: “Well, maybe if she was top 10% this wouldn’t have happened.”

  29. The lowest scum of the earth. Ladies and gentlemen I give you Trump

  30. This was the statement from Capt. Lobach’s family. I think it is beautifully written and all anyone should say about her.

    > STATEMENT FROM THE LOBACH FAMILY.

    > We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Rebecca. She was a bright star in all our lives. She was kind, generous, brilliant, funny, ambitious and strong. No one dreamed bigger or worked harder to achieve her goals.

    > Rebecca began her career in the United States Army as a distinguished military graduate in ROTC at the University of North Carolina, and was in the top 20% of cadets nationwide. She achieved the rank of Captain, having twice served as a Platoon Leader and as a Company Executive Officer in the 12th Aviation Battalion, Davison Army Airfield, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. With more than 450 hours of flight time, she earned certification as a pilot-in-command after extensive testing by the most senior and experienced pilots in her battalion.
Rebecca was a warrior and would not hesitate to defend her country in battle. But she was as graceful as she was fierce: in addition to her duties as an Army aviator, Rebecca was honored to serve as a White House Military Social Aide, volunteering to support the President and First Lady in hosting countless White House events, including ceremonies awarding the Medal of Honor and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

    > Rebecca cared about people, and she extended to individuals the same fearless defense she gave to this nation. She was proud of the difference she made as a certified Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Victim Advocate and hoped to continue her education so she could serve this country as a physician when her time with the Army ended. She once said, “My experiences with SHARP have reinforced my resolve to serve others with compassion, understanding, and the resources necessary for healing.”
Rebecca was many things. She was a daughter, sister, partner, and friend. She was a servant, a caregiver, an advocate. Most of all, she loved and was loved. Her life was short, but she made a difference in the lives of all who knew her. Our hearts break for the other families who have lost loved ones in this national tragedy and we mourn with them.

    > We request that you please respect our privacy as we grieve this devastating loss.

  31. It’s really at the end of the day, not about being concerned about merit, but removing women, queer people, and people of color from public life as much as possible.

  32. Yesterday on conservative subs they were demanding her name be released the moment they heard she was a woman. God help he family.
