1. How and why does him as a private citizen have access to said system?

   He’s not an elected official or even appointed to an actual federal agency.

   He’s apparently just wandering around DC poking his nose where it doesn’t belong.

27. This is project 2025 and, as they have shared, they are following the Hungarian playbook in the US. One of the success factors of authoritarian regimes is defunding opposition. They need to understand the data to be able to target and defund any pockets of resistance. We’ll likely see targeted results in a few weeks to a few months. Last week’s attempt to stop all government funding was either just too broad by accident or to test the limits of executive power.
