Elon Musk has gained access to the Treasury Department's payment system, which controls trillions of dollars of government funds that go to programs like Social Security and Medicare.
Fear gripped Washington DC this morning as it emerged that Musk had forced out a top civil servant after he refused to give him access to the payments system.

This could end up 9/11 2.0, remember when they announced trillions of dollars were missing and then the twin towers were hit and the one spot in the pentagon that would have had any record of the disappearance of that money, none of this is going to end well!
How did this happen? If these articles are to believed, any delays in payments would be massively bad – a prolonged one could ruin the economy.

A story on CNN was saying that the DOGE team went into some classified offices looking for access and was told no. The DOGE team called US Marshalls who allowed them access.
We’re heading in the wrong direction and the right isn’t even interested in it.

WIRED has identified six young men—all apparently between the ages of 19 and 24, according to public databases, their online presences, and other records—who have little to no government experience and are now playing critical roles in Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) project, tasked by executive order with “modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.” The engineers all hold nebulous job titles within DOGE, and at least one appears to be working as a volunteer.
