  1. Quite simple really, stop breaking the law, stop getting fines.

  2. It’s a choice to take children out of school to go on holiday during term time and the consequences are known before hand.

  4. If you want to stop parents doing this, stop the holiday companies price gouging during school holidays. For most families it’s cheaper to take the fine than pay the extra to go during school holidays
