If it’s a bridleway then the bike has every right to ride there. Depends what the land is designated as.

The 1968 Countryside Act section 30 introduced the right to bicycle on bridleways, provided cyclists
give way to walkers and horse riders.
The Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (NERC), section 68, then enabled ways to be claimed as restricted byways where it could be shown that there had been (usually) 20 years of uncontested cycle use.
Cyclists have full highway rights on restricted byways. They are also open to people on foot,
horseback or any other non-mechanically propelled vehicle (such as a horse-drawn carriage).
Ebikes are legally classified as bikes (up to a certain power at any rate), not motorbikes, and so have the same rights as pedal bikes. The rights of motorbikes and high powered ebikes are different, although there are still many green lanes that they are allowed on (even though the locals complain, that doesn’t make it illegal).
What this path is classified as will be recorded on the OS map for the area. I also doubt there are seasonal restrictions for nesting birds unless there’s some incredibly rare species in that area.
