My mate works in the police force there, and he said they were told by their supervisor to disregard crimes by suspected immigrants unless they had details of a true identity and not spend any reasonable time investigating it. His supervisor said it came from higher up. Just what he said, and this is a crystal clear example of it by not reviewing footage and going beyond that to identify them he says.
So sorry for this young woman to experience this, go for help, and be so severely let down. The Met are a joke, we hear far too many examples of this type of thing happening and then on the other side you’ll see 10 officers turn up to bully someone over a bus ticket.

I was just thinking about this the other day. It was such a big issue and so many people came out and spoke about it including the server, then it just went silent I’m glad “justice” has been served.
so these cunts were verbally abusing staff to start with, and the Nando’s manager instead of telling them that they weren’t getting served and had to leave just moved them to a different table?
deserving as much criticism as the cops here.

Calling it now, suspended sentence, small number of hours of community service and an apology for inconveniencing him
