  1. Someone ought to pay him a wee visit to express their discuntent.

  2. Government should be stepping in and doing something, this reads like a crazy fiction. Fuckers need to get their fingers out.

  3. All as designed. Never forget there could be legislation against these loopholes and dodgy schemes but those in charge won’t harm methods they can actively benefit from.

  4. The Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 sets out the grounds that directors can be disqualified for a period from acting as a director of a company. There are remarkably few names on that list. The most frequent ground for disqualification is permitting a company to continue trading when it can’t pay its debts. That actually encourages this sort of thing to happen. Its clear that the Act needs beefed up, but then so many people who hide behind corporate limited liability to go from one disaster to another would be caught out, so theres no political will to do so.

  5. The government don’t give a f@ck about the average working person.

If they did, they wouldn’t let this kind of thing happen.

  6. It’s tough for the staff and suppliers, etc.

Ultimately, the guy’s in business for himself.

Why should he give a f*ck.
