There are remarkably few names on that list. The most frequent ground for disqualification is permitting a company to continue trading when it can’t pay its debts. That actually encourages this sort of thing to happen. Its clear that the Act needs beefed up, but then so many people who hide behind corporate limited liability to go from one disaster to another would be caught out, so theres no political will to do so.
