In an attempt to discover new blond beers, I ordered a Tietje when visiting Ghent. I did not know as I don’t speak Dutch. It’s really good though!

2. Fun fact: Tietje is actually slang for a breast. They also work with an organisation called Beautiful After Breast Cancer and on their website the two founders describe themselves as best friends with a term that is also a homonym for the bosom (“boezemvrienden”).
