I’m not sure how to read the tea leaves,… sounds like demand will be stable, profits will be stable, and prices will rise to absorb the cost of the tariff (?).
That asshole in the White House has already cost me $1500. I am going to close all my investments.
Natural gas futures are already up 9%. For that and oil there is a ton of material in the pipeline between the border and refineries and consumers.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes a 25% sales tax to show up at the pump or in people’s energy bills. (mostly in the northern sections of the country).
In a way, you could argue that MAGA is replacing one electrification incentive with another. 🤔
