the greenwich foot tunnel lifts are so often broken i no longer bat an eye but i’ve never seen the stairs out of service lol

  4. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Sims, the Royal Borough of Greenwich has removed the stairs at either end of the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, trapping residents inside in an effort to make them wet themselves for the amusement of security camera operators.

  5. Is that the really steep, really narrow, seemingly never-ending, spiral staircase?

    I live in North West greater London, and rarely go into central, but i went into central over a decade ago to meet some family members from up north, and there were some stairs like i mentioned that were a death trap. It was slightly moist, and if i didn’t have shoes with decent tread, i would have slipped towards the top and just taken everyone out behind me
