Sergei Terentiev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Sudan concurrently, has met with Sudan’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Gibril Ibrahim Mohamed and Director General of the Arab Organisation for Agricultural Development (affiliated with the League of Arab States) Ibrahim Adam Ahmed Al-Dakhiri, sb.by reports with reference to Belarus’ Foreign Ministry
The parties discussed the current state of Belarusian-Sudanese relations, focusing on trade-economic and financial areas.
Steps were outlined to intensify co-operation between Belarus and Sudan in the promising areas of agriculture and food security, industry, and water resources, as well as to intensify contacts between the relevant agencies.
