Because the republican/Nazi party has never actually cared about any of that. Not one single person ACTUALLY cared about that behavior. They just cared about who did it.
They fundamentally do not see actions the way any sane person does.
Murder isn’t good or bad on its own, they need to know who did it and who it was done to. They don’t even really need to know why. That’s good enough. Same with rape or any other crime. If it was done to “one of them” by “one of us” it was an inherently good action regardless of whatever it was.
