Google Ireland has accused Google’s arm in Russia – which is under the control of a Russian liquidator – of violating a temporary restraining order that blocks it from pursuing any claims against the Irish unit.
Google Ireland has claimed that Russia is trying to extort $1.3bn (€1.25bn) from the Dublin-based unit to help fund its war against Ukraine.
