If anything brings more life to Chelsea and Kensington then I’m all for it.

Not whilst there are oligarchs with moutains of cash and Tories in power it won’t.
They need to have access to or law firms removed too then. The banks are one thing but Russians love our law firms and use our courts to settle their disputes. Londongrad will not be over as long as that still remains an option to them.
No worries. There’s still plenty of Chinese and Middle Eastern money of questionable origin around.
