11. This headline makes no sense. “Lead Pipe Protections” implies protections *for* lead pipes, and “lowering the lead limit” means stricter testing requirements, not looser.

    What’s actually happening is the GOP is repealing a rule that 1) would have required lead pipe replacement and 2) would have lowered the amount of lead allowed in drinking water.
