  1. Submission Statement: Reportedly the idea came out of nowhere- developed without a thorough discussion and instead out of the President’s all-around belief that the orthodox approach to foreign policy is a failure, and only outside-the-box thinking can bring about peace. It was also influenced by Jared Kushner’s and some other Miami developer’s interest in Mediterranean real estate.

I will go out on a limb and predict that Trump Tower Gaza isn’t happening anytime soon. I would love to hear the discussion when the King of Jordan visits next week. I am sure he is not happy at all with the proposal.

  2. Easy. The Vegas “strip” makes mad money, logically a Gaza “strip” would too!

    Trump plays 15 dimensional checkers!

  3. Netanyahu wants all the Palestinians gone from the strip and even he knows it’s a massive stretch. So they plant the idea and make Trump believe he is the source.

  4. I stopped halfway through the first sentence when they called the idea “audacious and improbable.” Audacious and improbable is when you do something like test the entire Saturn V rocket assembly at once instead of separately launching the components to see how they do. Trump’s Gaza notion isn’t “audacious and improbable” — it’s horrifically criminal, stupid, inhumane, literally impossible unless he plans to send people to death camps, and would end up with Americans killing and being killed in Gaza (along with untold numbers of Palestinians). Speculation about how Trump came up with the idea is pointless — his two functioning neurons randomly bumped into each other and made his mouth spew this idiotic nonsense.

  5. I guess in retrospect maybe we should of had a real primary instead of whatever we threw together

  6. It was talked about during his first administration around his peace plan. Then they were talking about the “Singapore of the Middle East.”

  7. “You have to learn from history.” Is this the most ironic statement of this decade?

  8. If he does this he will go down as the greatest president in US history.

In the 2022 Siena College poll he’s ranked as the 3rd worst president ever. But solving Gaza is something no other president would even dream of being able to do. Winning WW2, or one of the 2 civil wars is a different matter as that’s actually possible by most presidents to do. You just sit back and let it happen. You sign documents and hold speeches. But the industry will pull it off. Solving Gaza? I don’t think even God could do it.
