The judge in Prince Harry's U.S. visa case indicated he is open to releasing 'maximum' portions of secret documents relating the royal's immigration status.
In a hearing in Washington D.C. Judge Carl Nichols asked Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide details of redactions it would like to request so he could then consider a release.
This article has a little background and talks about the case being opened back up.

It was never “Harry’s visa case”, but the Heritage Foundation suing DHS for access to Harry’s immigration files via FOIA. Immigration files have never been accessible to FOIA requests.
The judge that denied the Heritage Foundation access before is a Trump appointee.
The Heritage Foundation is going to get slapped down, again.
The Heritage Foundation is doing this because Harry is an unsympathetic defendant and then will use this as precedent to hurt poor brown immigrants from the global south
Tbh, at this point, Elon probably has gotten himself access to everyone’s confidential immigration status and could release them at will. (Super not having a great time watching the wheels come off my country’s government.)
