The single most fucked up thing about the system here is previous record cannot be considered when judging someone for a new crime. Which is bullshit. Every crime should not be tried in isolation, if, like this sack of shit, you’ve racked up that amount in such a small time, you’ve proven not to want to be a part of society and should be judged on that record.
I mean ffs, previous record can’t be considered but ‘active member of the GAA’ is a successful mitigation for a crime. What the hell kind of a system is that?
