Achmelvich Beach in Assynt yesterday afternoon. These idiots drove their car onto the beach and guess what, they got beached! The tide was coming in too to add to the hilarity. I told the workers who are building the new toilet block there, they went down, pointed and laughed and left them to it! God knows if they got out!

    Looking at how the front wheels are dug in, I’m assuming it’s just a bog standard front wheel drive car raised up an inch with plastic bits chucked on to make it look like some 4×4?

  6. I’m always nervous parking on the sand, but hundreds do it daily in England – assume they’re from a beach area where they can park on the sand (common on sand flats like those on the Lancashire coast) and didn’t realise all beaches weren’t like that.
