  1. I was just reading on how the Irish in 2015 voted largely against the referendum proposal for lowering the eligibility age of the president from 35 to 21 years.

  2. Already a head of state at 26.

Meanwhile, here I am at 21, in my pants and a dressing gown, preparing to watch something on YouTube.

  3. It’s more like a county councillor. Two of them are elected to serve at the same time for six months…

  4. Al-Masaad successfully rigged election, usurping the old government and giving you a *40 point* influence boost with San Marino

I know the quote is a lil off but this is how this feels lmao

  5. You just know he is not only reading reddit, but will probably comment on this post with a throwaway:

*”Oh wow, that is sure one handsome son of a gun, best head of state ever guys am I right? Haha. Memes!”*

  6. Yeah, sure, but isn’t being at the helm of San Marino like being the coach of a sports team? How many people do they even have in San Marino?

  7. Definitely an interesting country, huh? This also in a way reminds me of the unique system Andorra uses, itself a small country nestled between Spain and France. Like San Marino, Andorra also has two heads of state in the form of Co-Princes, both hailing from Spain and France instead of Andorra itself thanks to certain ancient arrangements. In Spain, it’s the Bishop in Seu du Urgell and while the French Prince was originally a Count of Foix, the present holder of that office is the President of France thanks to the various changes to the political systems France had over the centuries.
