Hello everyone, I have been applying to working student positions from the last year, on and off. I have used both custom CVs and have mass applied as well. But I have not received many interviews, which I did, got rejected in the first rounds. I competed my bachelors and now pursuing my master's.

I'm struggling to understand what I'm doing wrong, any help on the CV or how to approach the whole situation will be appreciated. I'm really looking to gain some work experience before finishing my masters to increase my chances of getting a professional job after my studies.

And, is it recommended to customise CV / Cover Letter for each post, or mass apply to similar jobs and hope to land an interview?

My German level is B1, and English is C1. CV is attached with the post.

Thank you!

  1. Low demand and employers are holding back hiring even (yes) working students but got to keep the HR busy somehow. Simple as.

  2. Could you share the tool you use to create this CV? Thanks.
