1. If anyone dares suggest that it’s too cold or they have to drive too far or it’s too difficult to get people to change their minds or anything, point them at Norway. A large, cold country with large areas which are largely uninhabited, and with a large chunk of pretty conservative people.

   And they did this in what, 8 years?
