Just look at the misconduct stats for doctors and nurses who weren’t trained in the UK vs those who were trained in the UK.

i would of expected jail time and deported after serving time
So much stuff goes “missing” in hospitals. Some of it is outright carelessness when moving patients: electronics or shoes/bags get left behind on a ward and no one just puts them in a tagged bag with the patient number/name on them, they go to lost and found or bin instead.
But I know 3 people who have had loved ones die in hospital and some or all of their valuables disappear with no recourse to find them.
I used to serve him every day in the food court. He was always grumpy.
