  1. It would be nice if EU made a thing or two so we can actually boycott USA lol

  2. In support of who what?

Only thing I care to support when buying European is the EU itself…

Sadly European cars suck, Europe produces nearly no electronic devices and most of my services bill via Ireland to the US.

At least the food is Grade A.

E: OP is a Canadian clueless on European matters.

  3. Can you remove some more pixels? I can still see some of the logos

  4. We are doing pretty good right now. Our local shop already has little Canadian flag next to the product price. Very good visual aid.

  5. You do realize that nearly every “American” company that is selling goods to Europe is a multinational that also has operations in Mexico and Canada?

If you didn’t boycott Italian products when Berlusconi got reelected, it feels a little overdramatic to respond to Trump’s reelection with a boycott. Every country eventually has a buffoon for a leader, it seems childish to expect that Americans would never have a bad leader.

  6. Why don’t you start a “roll up your own sleeves” movement while you’re at it? It’d include things like:
     – funding your own defense
     – sending your own guys into battle
     – defending your own back yard against Russia and China

    Wouldn’t that be something eh?

  7. American here. Most of the things I use are either American or Asian. I honestly can’t think of anything European.

    The op is silly lol.

  8. As a European, and as an American this doesn’t get shit done. Stupid idea.

  9. It’s time to start a “more pixels” global movement in support of my bad eyesight

  10. H&M is a Swedish company . Nivea is a German company.

    You idiot.

  11. To be honest, the reality is we really don’t make too many things here. I don’t think you all are buying American beer or American guns. I can’t think of anything else here that is worth a crap that I’d want to buy.

  12. Make a post about boycotting US products…on America’s Reddit.

We’re not going to get involved in your trade dispute with the US. It’s not our business. You share a continent with them. Negotiate.

  13. As an American … we support you!!! Fuck Amazon especially!!!

  14. Boycott visa, reddit, and apple products while you’re at it

  15. you can start by ditching your phone, deleting reddit and fuck right off the internet.

  16. When they said boycott Pixar, OP thought they said boycott pixel.

  17. I think it would be far more effective and responsible to boycott particular companies and publications and to do so very vocally–Tesla, Amazon, Meta, the NYT.

  18. Already easy to skip many US products if you want. Even use of Google can be limited and no one forcing Facebook, Instagram or X on anybody.

  19. The movement to boycott American goods and support Canadian products has gained momentum as a direct response to U.S. tariffs that could significantly impact Canadian businesses. This sentiment aligns with recent trends seen in Canada, where consumers are actively seeking local alternatives to mitigate the effects of these trade tensions.

  20. American here. 100% in support of this. Drastic action is the only way to combat the insanity going on in our government currently.

  21. The easier way to avoid buying american is to simply support your local businesses.

  22. I don’t own or use too many American products, but I made the decision a few days ago that Imma get out of my way to make sure I don’t buy any American products, I was surprised to find out some of the products I use on a daily basis are American but I already found European alternatives which apparently are same or better quality anyways.

  23. Europeans can’t even produce their own memes lol

  24. The part about demanding mineral resources from Ukraine was the most disgusting.

  25. Canadian here, does the EU have a pixel tax?

It doesn’t matter it’s just if we’re going to join we might as well prepare for that and come in with high res images that would get taxed down to three megapixels….
