I don’t know if it is from plastic surgery.
It looks like a lot of bone loss particularly on the lower jaw. If his face was more filled out round the mouth and above chin the roundy cheeks would be less obvious.
Dunno tho, maybe this is aged filler migrating down the cheeks 🤷🏻♀️
So obvious now we see it. Really have you ever seem them in the same room at the same time….
I won’t rip the piss, but whoever nodded and smiled when he premiered that haircut does not have his best interests at heart.
That puffy/bloated face is a side effect of the medication that he is taking. His health is not good.
This is harsh, sure he’s done some terrible things, but nothing to deserve getting compared to a perverted hateful plastic filled muppet like Louis Walsh
