

Before sending a grumpy email to my landlord, I was checking the calculator on the finance website . How is possible that with PEB A and PEB D the indexation value remain the same? Wasn’t it also dependent of the PEB class?

I thought it was only E and F they were not allowed to index?
If I remember correct: The correction for D is in Flanders. In Brussels, there was a ban for E, F and G, but that is gone.
The calculation is correct and your landlord didn’t make any mistakes. There’s only a difference if your contract started before 14th of October 2022:
