Left them last month, hope they go bankrupt as a company.
They seem to be terrible?
I know there were a lot of problems with recent storms but it seems people have been waiting far too long now?
My uncle’s house is beside my folks, he has Fibrus and it’s much faster than a very old BT line there. But the BT line works and rarely if ever goes down. While his has been off multiple times before this recent outage.

Got any of that broadband?
I’ve heard bad reports about Fibrus but I’ve been with them for almost 3 years now and apart from the storm two weeks ago I’ve never had any issues. Even after the storm my Internet was out less than 12 hours so maybe I’m just in a lucky spot?
My parents Fibrus hasn’t been back on since the storm yet…
This shows the power of advertising that people even use these clowns. They spam people’s letterboxes with flyers to the point most people assume you have to pick either them BT or Sky! There are about 200 different ISPs available yet nobody bothers to look into what the best service is if they think they can save £5 a month for Fibrus shitty service.
Not for me. I’m away to touch some wood. Matron.
When you build your infrastructure and you don’t have a DR plan or redundancy, you’re going to have a bad time
Hahahahahaha I’m sorry for the people who are experiencing outages but I’m ✨️manifesting✨️ the end of this company 😂
Not me, mine went out for 16 hours at the storm, in 4 years it’s been faultless. Love them
It went down for me two days before the storm, then back on again, then the storm hit. Still no Internet from 23rd January. However, what I have noticed is that the electrical pole lines are still down from falling, and I assume the DoE or whoever is responsible for erecting those poles back up before fibrus can even touch them?
Mobile data usage in my household is insane. There goes the sky piggy bank data.
I heard last year Fibrus lost 80 million pounds in profit or something?
I honestly would like to say that before the storm, I have never had a problem with fibrus and they are my only option as I will never go back to Net1 due to them spying on me for five days (remote admin login details within my firewall log).
I hope they don’t go bankrupt, I’ve had a really good experience with Fibrus compared with every other ISP that I have been with since the mid to late 90’s.
If the Internet down then how is everyone reporting that it’s down?

There was never that amount of trees on the map when I was a pup🥃
Ours is fine… 🤷🏾♂️
Not so much now but last year about once a week they sent a letter to every fucking house in the areas I deliver top and made my days pure shit. They still do it occasionally but thankfully not so much.
The hatred I have for fibrus is unnatural, the sight of their logo makes my piss boil
If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I never trust ‘cheap!’ ISPs no matter how good they sound. In the rare event you actually get one with a stable service, they will 100% throttle your speed during peak times. i.e. the main time you want to use it.
South down, WiFi never went down
What do you expect when they got rid of most of their engineers. Their whole plan was to get the government money to connect rural areas with fibre then sell the infrastructure on for a massive profit
Well, call me a bufferfish… 🐡
Look at all the gay Christmas trees that got blown down in the storm, we need to all chip in together and get their wood up.
Been with Fibrus for 2 years now and have never had an outage
They can’t ***POSSIBLY*** be worse than VM – ***nobody*** can…If VM wasn’t the only provider to my part of Bristol, I’d have binned them by now.
I guess it really is a buffer fish
Shocking. Thats what happens when you build everything over poles.
The only issues ive had is no ethernet but the wifi’s been aight (little unstable but not bad)
