Interesting that the Lib Dems are actively working with Plaid on more devolution. They also voted with the SNP in Scotland to get the latest Holyrood budget approved (usually they would just abstain).
Obviously this is just two data points, but I wonder if the Lib Dems are positioning themselves to be more actively pro-devolution/pro-home nations in the face of future constitutional crisis and hung parliaments in Westminster etc. due to a rising Reform. It would be a very sensible strategy to try and create a pro-constitutional reform block.
