A lot of us were pretty shocked over the past few days that the nurse in this case has been accused of refusing to treat at least one patient alongside the trans Dr.
It came out today that NHS Fife has been unable, or unwilling, to provide any evidence of this ever being mentioned prior to the tribunal.
They have been given until Monday to supply the tribunal with the missing evidence.
NHS Fife in for a world a pain over the next week or so it looks like
I’m still suspecting the nurse is at fault here but why are NHS Fife doing this? Incompetence or agenda?

Really pisses me off when people use “women’s safety” as a fear mongering tactic to excuse bigotry. Totally devalues and diminishes situations where women’s safety is truly in danger.
The nurse has literally admitted harassing the doctor.
If the doctor wasn’t trans this wouldn’t be news at all, let alone covered in every outlet every day. Just a pathetic waste of resources
I’ve thought that toilets and changing rooms should be like disabled toilets in that they are a self contained lockable wee room that anyone could use. Not even to do with Trans people, I just don’t like doing a shit with a thin bit of wood dividing me from someone doing the same. Then everyone and anyone can weesht and pish, shit and change freely.
