President Donald Trump‘s executive orders call for reinstating the authorization of two liquefied natural gas projects that a federal appeals court previously vacated, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said.

In a letter filed Thursday with the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the commission appeared to agree with Texas LNG Brownsville LLC’s position that two orders—one on American energy and another on discrimination—mean the panel should get rid of its earlier decision and order supplemental briefing in the case.
