Not as much as other Balkan countries. I find that diáspora ppl/ppl that live abroad are more passionate about the country than actual Bulgarian citizens.
We don’t have many global sports stars, so anytime one plays, he/she will get massive support, especially if it’s in Bulgaria.

No . Most of Bulgarians hate our sportsman, actors, singers etc.
We hate our country and try to overcompensate with bullshit like that
