Trump convenes a meeting in the Oval Office to agree on comprehensive pressure on Putin. Trump’s Ukraine envoy assured that Ukraine should continue military pressure on Russia ahead of the talks. And Donald Trump is ready to double sanctions to force Putin to end the war.

1. My bet is that in a few months Russia will agree on some kind of treaty. Trump will boast that he ended the war, but Russia will just break the treaty when it suits them. Ukraine and other allies will warn Trump that Russia will break the treaty but Trump will not listen.

   Trump will be annoyed, and another treaty will be made 6 months later. Russia will once again break that treaty.

   The only way this war ends is if Russia changes in some way.

2. What is up with these AI posts saying absolutely nothing? This is at least the third post in this sub tongue bathing TFG’s taint about “doubling sanctions”…how are they quantified? And why not triple them? Why not quadruple?

   Or why not just tell the truth, that Trump will never do anything that runs the risk of pissing off his daddy Putin.
