Because they own the major media outlets, all of our major media outlets are owned by six companies which are probably owned by two
Bc it’s not a coup. It’s a purge of the system. Coup would be like if Trump got the army to back him in a play to take over the government. This is him just straight up purging the system and solidifying his grip on the us government. Honestly I rather take this over a Trump coup. We can push back, and there is a chance the courts can stop this madness. Coups can get ugly and trigger a civil war like the one in Burma. He would have also failed he if he tried to coup here. The country is too large, and the various nodes (media, security forces like cops, power/internet) are to spread out. Obviously, the legacy media is failing to highlight the danger we are currently in.
