   I don’t think NY has a chance here. They can’t charge companies retroactively or for what they do in other states.

2. NY is the most corrupt state fyi https://bestdiplomats.org/most-corrupt-states-in-the-us/. Why not go after other countries that spew toxins across the globe? We get red sands from the Gobi all the way to U.S. soil sometimes and that’s a much heavier particulate. I don’t see this going anywhere in the courts.
