i don’t quite get the objection, the existing Chinese Embassy on Portland Place is right next to a girl’s school and a minute down the road from the BBC. It’s surrounded on all sides by businesses and properties plus it’s a main central London road. There are demos outside from time to time, and the area and police seems to cope quite well. The last incident of serious concern that I can find was back in 1967. Surely a lot of Embassies in London experience protestors outside at some point.
Any demo that has Robert Jenrick as a speaker would best be avoided, I think.
I would be more concerned about the American one. That was before Trump. You don’t want to know what goes on in there or the Frankfurt base.
There must be at least a dozen of them.

Nice pick, China. Any protest will shut down half of London, and the blame will still be on China.
